BrandJet designs, builds, configures, and manages an AI-powered sales system (the “Sales Engine”) that responds to, qualifies, and books leads on your behalf across channels such as web chat, SMS, voice, and messaging apps. The Services may include a one-time build and ongoing management, optimization, and support, as described on your order or invoice.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to: (a) use the Services lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws, including marketing, telecommunications, and data-protection rules; (b) obtain all necessary consents from your own leads and customers before they are contacted through the Sales Engine; (c) provide accurate business information, offers, and materials for training the system; and (d) not use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited communications.

The Services rely on third-party platforms and providers (including customer-relationship, telephony, messaging, and artificial-intelligence providers). Your use of the Services may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes. We may substitute providers to maintain or improve the Services.

The Sales Engine uses automated and AI-driven systems. While we tune these systems to perform reliably, automated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and are configured to escalate to a human where appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for the final quality of interactions with your leads and customers. Except as expressly stated in a written guarantee, we do not warrant any specific sales, booking, or revenue outcome.

All templates, frameworks, configurations, and underlying methods used to deliver the Services remain the property of BrandJet. During an active subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business. Content you provide to us remains yours, and you grant us a license to use it solely to deliver the Services.

Cancellation of the recurring subscription is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. On termination, your license to use the deliverables ends and any outstanding fees become due.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. You agree to indemnify and hold BrandJet harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
