Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Medicoy Holdings LLC, trading as BrandJet (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit [brandjet.io] or use our Services. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

1. Data We Collect

  • Contact & account data — name, business name, email, phone number, and details you provide when you enquire, book a call, or become a client.

  • Payment data — processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited billing details, but not your full card number.

  • Usage data — how you interact with our website, including pages viewed and actions taken, collected via cookies and analytics.

  • Communications — records of your messages, calls, and interactions with us or with the Sales Engine.

  • Client-processed data — where we operate a Sales Engine on your behalf, we process personal data of your own leads and customers as your service provider (processor), in line with your instructions.

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services;

  • To communicate with you, respond to enquiries, and provide support;

  • To process payments and manage your subscription;

  • To personalize and measure our marketing;

  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations as the bases for processing your data.

4. How We Share Data

We share personal data only as needed to run our business, including with: our payment provider; the customer-relationship, telephony, messaging, and AI providers that power the Services; analytics and email tools; and professional advisors. We require these providers to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Data Processed on Behalf of Clients

When we run a Sales Engine for a client, that client is the controller of their leads’ and customers’ personal data, and we act as a processor. We process such data only to deliver the Services and on the client’s documented instructions. Individuals with questions about that data should contact the relevant business directly.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to notify you of significant incidents where required.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at alex@mail.brandjet.io. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. Children

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
