Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the BrandJet Sales Engine and related Services. Because our Services are digital and involve custom work and third-party usage costs, the following terms apply. There are no physical goods, so shipping and returns do not apply.
1. Setup / Build Fee
The one-time build fee covers custom design, configuration, and setup work. Once we have begun work on your build, the setup fee is non-refundable, as it reflects time and resources already committed. If you cancel before any work has started, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
2. Monthly Subscription
The management subscription is billed monthly in advance.
Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable, including for partial months. When you cancel, your Services remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Because each cycle covers active management and usage costs already incurred on your behalf, we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial period, if applicable by emailing alex@mail.brandjet.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. Please allow us to confirm your cancellation in writing.
4. Performance Guarantee
Where a written performance guarantee is offered (for example, “more booked calls within 30 days or we continue working at no additional charge”), that guarantee is satisfied by additional service — continued optimization at no extra cost — and does not entitle you to a cash refund unless expressly stated in writing.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at alex@mail.brandjet.io so we can resolve it quickly. We aim to respond to all billing enquiries within 2 business days.
6. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
